Q: can not clean my trash

Dear sir/madam,

 

I can not clean my trash permanently from my macbook pro. Its says locked items is there but i select both option 1) remove all items and 2) remove unlocke items only. Both does not work both.

What can i do? please help me to junk file from my device.
