Q: iPhone 5 does not show up under My Devices in iCloud Settings

I recently updated my iPhone 5 to iOS 8.2. After a few days I went to iCloud.com on my PC and I was unable to see my iPhone 5 listed under My Devices which has a subtitle saying "You are signed in and running iOS 8 on these devices". Please help me out. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi sujith1098,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that when you go to Settings on the iCloud website, you do not see your iPhone 5. If the device is missing from your devices in the Find My iPhone section as well, I would suggest working through the Device does not appear in Find My iPhone section in the attached article.

But my phone appears under find my iPhone but does not show up in my devices.

I have same problem. iMac does not show under devices yet it appears on 'find my imac'
