Q: need to do a recall on my macbook pro i5 2010 2.4 What is the correct precession to do this? the screen freezes and the sound is continuous loop tried changing the hd memory, called the apple told me to do all this but it did not. It is mid 2010 i5 2.4 8g

There is no recall for your model.

The problem is likely due to the discreet GPU failing. Download gfxCardStatus 2.3 and use it to disable the GPU. This is a temporary workaround until you get your motherboard replaced.
