Q: i have an new apple air gold and i cannot get it to log on.
I have a new apple air gold. I cannot get it to log on. it is saying on front of ipad , ipad is disabled. connect to iTunes. I cannot connect to iTunes if I cannot get it to come on
iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 8.2, please help

It means you need to connect the iPad to a computer running iTunes. It is disabled for some reason and will need to be restored from a computer.
