I did that and it compressed the file from 72.3mb to 71.8. This did not help since I'm still unable to send the file by email since it exceeds the 25mb limit.

Apr 9, 2015 12:07 PM in response to edinbonnydoonby Kappy,You'll not compress it enough for the limitation. Download software that will break up the file into smaller files of the size you specify. That software has a second, matching application that will re-combine the parts at the other end. Be sure to get one that works on both computer models involved.

Additionally, this problem just came up. I've been sending my newsletter for several years and never had this problem. I'm just wondering what changed?
