Q: restore apple tv

Hi! I am trying to restore my apple tv via itunes but it´s only opening a browse window. I don´t really know what to do next, can you help me with this? i do have the latest itunes on a windows 7 op

AppleTV 2, Windows 7, did not find apple tv 3
