I have two Macs here at my store that I can't seem to reset. One is a desktop and the other a laptop. I have reset plenty on Macs before but am having trouble with this two. Maybe I lost my touch . Both are OS X and and 2012 I believe. I'm holding command+R at the start up and it just boots up. Can anyone out there help my with this??? -Rick
