The only thing you can do now is select another folder on the computer to sync with, which will remove the photos that you have on the device. The whole purpose of syncing photos from the computer to the iOS device is temporary. This way you can change them around. You need to keep the photos on the computer, since the ones that are synced to the iPhone are of reduced resolution and cannot be moved anywhere else. You can always remove the other folder if you do not want it.

If you do not have another folder of photos that you can sync, then create an empty folder on the computer and sync that folder. That will delete the photos from the iPhone, then you can go back to iTunes, remove the checkmark by the empty folder and sync again, removing that folder from the iPhone.

you say:- You need to keep the photos on the computer, since the ones that are synced to the iPhone are of reduced resolution and cannot be moved anywhere else. You can always remove the other folder if you do not want it.

BUT I DONT HAVE THE PHOTOS ON MY DEVICE(MY PC) I DELETED THEM.

further i tried this:-If you do not have another folder of photos that you can sync, then create an empty folder on the computer and sync that folder. That will delete the photos from the iPhone, then you can go back to iTunes, remove the checkmark by the empty folder and sync again, removing that folder from the iPhone.

Trying this it just removed the checkmark nothing else it did

i think i have no other option rather than to keep those synced photos on my device>

I know you don't have them on the computer anymore. I was telling you that you are supposed to keep them on the computer. The iPhone is just temporary storage that is reduced resolution.

Do you want to keep the photos? If not, then delete them as I instructed. Since the folder no longer exists on the computer, once you select a new folder on the computer and then sync, the photos will be removed from the iPhone. If you do not want to sync other photos to the iPhone, then use the method I described by creating an empty folder to sync to. Check that empty folder and sync. That will sync the empty folder and remove the photos that are on the computer. You have to perform a sync after removing the checkmark or changing the folder to sync.

If you delete the folder that contains the photos that you sync to the iPhone, you will have this problem again.

You haven't wasted my time, it seems I have wasted yours. I'm not sure if it is a language issue, but it seems maybe you are not understanding what it is I am asking you to do if this is not working. There should be no way for the photos to survive on your device if you do as I asked.

    1. Connect the iPhone to the computer and iTunes.
    2. Select the iPhone and display the Summary page in iTunes.
    3. Locate the Photos tab and click on it.
    4. Locate the empty folder you created and put a checkmark beside it.
    5. Sync
    6. This should remove the photos from the phone and sync the empty folder, which will result in no photos being synced. The only photos left on the phone should be the ones in the Camera Roll.
    7. If after this point, you want to remove the empty folder, then go back to steps 1-3, the remove the checkmark by the empty folder and sync.

I hope this works out for you.
