May 5, 2013 8:17 PM in response to Juliaalaskaby ChrisJ4203,When was the last time you backed up the phone? If you cannot unlock it, you cannot back it up in iTunes. I suggest looking in Google for a 3rd party solution.

Apr 11, 2015 3:20 PM in response to HannahBannannahby kb1951,Since there has been no further activity in this thread for almost 2 years, they either resolved their issue or gave up. With a broken phone, it is virtually impossible to get into it. Do you have a question about your phone?

Apr 24, 2015 5:49 AM in response to HannahBannannahby kb1951,IF your computer photo program does not recognize your phone, you won't be able to transfer the pictures. And from your description of the damage, I doubt that you will be able to do anything. Time for a new phone and move on.
