It sounds like you’ve already done quite a bit of troubleshooting while trying to resolve the Beats authentication issue on your Apple TV. If you haven’t already, try restoring the Apple TV as shown here:
Restore your Apple TV (2nd and 3rd generation) - Apple Support
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, try using Beats technical support as suggested in the article below.

- Available in the United States.
- Beats Music requires an Apple TV (3rd generation) with software version 7.0 or later.
