To start troubleshooting the Wi-Fi connection on your Mac please follow the directions in the article below. The Wireless Diagnostics should help you in finding out why you are not receiving an internet connection. If not, there is additional troubleshooting at the bottom of the article.

Apr 16, 2015 2:23 PM in response to alex_h1by ozgenm,hi again, i had an appointment for tonight. When i talked to the engineer , my call connection is lost and she called me again but we could not talk. and then she didn't call me again. and my problem still going on.
