If you restored the device and it didn't do any good, there isn't anything else to try. Make an appointment at an Apple Store and ask them to look at your iPad.
The only thing that you could try is to reset the iPad. Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen. Sometimes it takes longer than 10 seconds and sometimes it can take a few tries. If you do this several times without any luck, take the iPad to an Apple Store.
