Q: my credit card keep being rejected after the last update

I updated the billing info and it seems that isn't enough. The information works fine when purchasing apps from iPhone. I was trying to buy "Noiseless" using a Romanian account, logged in as a Romanian user.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

You may only use the store for the country in which you legally reside and you must use a credit card issued to you by a bank in that country, with a verifiable billing address for the credit card in that country.

Does what you are trying to do fail in one of those regards?

I am using app store for more than 5 years. It might have something to do with 3D secure? I should check with a card without 3D secure...
