Feb 2, 2015 3:22 AM in response to Fabio Molleby DumEngelskeEkteman,Agree Fabio. It's a Mac mail issue - something in preferences or application support or printer?? See my earlier post. It happens on my wife's iMac but not on mine. Both sending to the same printer.

Feb 9, 2015 12:47 AM in response to DumEngelskeEktemanby frnhr,This issue has been bothering me for a long time now (over a year I think).
But today I found a workaround!!!!!111one It seems that for me the blank page problem is somehow related to A4 paper size. If I change it to anything else in the Print dialogue (US Letter, for example), it previews and prints fine. Even A4 landscape will do. Anything except A4 portrait.
Not a perfect solution, but hopefully usable... While we continue to wait for a fix...

Apr 19, 2015 3:49 PM in response to ellison rby goneng,★Helpful"Resolved" it by defining a custom paper-size that is a bit shorter than A4 (210x293mm) -
- Choose the mail-message and press [Command]+[p] to get the print-settings screen
- Choose the Printer
- Choose Paper Size -> "Manage Custom Sizes...", then, in the "Manage Custom Sizes" screen:
- Press the [+] sign to add a new custom-page-size
- Click the "Untitled" list-item to edit its name to something like "A4_iMac" or whatever
- Non-Printable Area: Choose your printer (this also sets the Paper Size)
- Fix the Paper Size to 210mm (width) by 293mm (height)
- Press [OK] to save your changes
- Back in the Print-Settings page, choose the newly-created Paper Size - your mail-message should be showing in the preview, now.
Next time, simply choose that custom-made paper-size before printing
(or even make it the default, until this is resolved).

Apr 19, 2015 4:01 PM in response to gonengby FOXSSLOTS,seems that either Paypal or the latest update to Yosemite FIXED the problem!!!!! ALL of the Paypal emails I have received print without any adjustments.

Sep 6, 2015 9:50 AM in response to ellison rby aonelas,Experienced this problem trying to export an App Store Receipt. Definitely software related. Changing the page size worked.

Dec 29, 2015 3:45 PM in response to Fabio Molleby tomkeffury,I also get this with Apple receipts. I really think it's a printer issue (and possibly an Apple issues)... BUT... follow the top suggestion... it works... I changed my "Special" custom size to 8" x 10.5" (slightly smaller than a normal letter size) and it worked perfectly.

Mar 27, 2016 3:07 AM in response to frnhrby bryanfromdelray beach,I have a similar problem - but with APPLE RECEIPTS! When I try to PRINT or SAVE AS PDF I get the email header only - not the body of the email (the important part)!
Note: PayPal receipts print fine.
My workaround for Apple receipts is to change from US Letter (my default print size) to A4, or 8x10.
I have a MBPr running El Capitan (although I had same problem on Yosemite). My printer is a HP OfficeJet 4630.

Apr 5, 2016 12:25 AM in response to ellison rby LitoTechSupport,We do also have this issue and it is not connected to printing some type of mails, it occurs on most formatted/html type of emails.
The workaround suggested earlier does not make any difference to us.
