Q: Delete incomplete files from itunes??

I've downloaded some movies from the family share cloud but they aren't complete and now I can't delete them from my iTunes.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this? I have no problem deleting files that are completely downloaded. But the ones with glitches won't budge.

    I understand that you are unable to delete a movie downloaded from the iTunes Store.  From your description, it sounds like the movie did not completely download and still shows in the pending queue.  This would prevent the movie from being deleted.  Try either deleting the pending movie or resuming via the steps in the article below. 

     

    Resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads
