Apr 21, 2015 4:17 PM in response to gleen373by OGELTHORPE,There could be a variety of reasons why your MBP seems to be having problems with Yosemite, but if you wish to revert to Mt. Lion. here is how;
Backup your data.
Boot the MBP with the OPTION + COMMAND + R keys.
The resulting display will show a revolving globe.
By following the directions, you will be connected to the Apple servers. Then you will be able to install the original OSX that your MBP came with, Lion.
After that, go to the App store and your account should have Mt. Lion. Download and install it.
You will need a solid Internet connection.
Ciao.
