Q: X-Code "paused" in Launchpad

Hello,

I recently purchased a Mac Pro (MB535) and began to install updates for it.

After installing Yosemite, I wanted to download X-Code as I am hoping to use this for programming purposes. I waited until the App-Store said the application was completely downloaded, before turning off my computer. But it never fully downloaded, it was hung over on a "pause" moment in the App-Store.

When I turned my computer on this morning, my Launchpad had the downloading bar underneath it (still does) and X-Code still has it gray-colored with "pause" written across it.

I have tried searching for this issue on the inter-webs, but no one seems to have posted this anywhere. Can someone help?
