Q: My IPHONE 5s is identifying my wireless headset as ISSC SHS and is unable to pair with my headset saying its out of range. I reset the phone, and headset is fully powered. I can still connect to my bluetooth speaker but not the headset.

I have an IPHONE 5S, operating on IOS 8.3. In the past I have been able to pair my bluetooth headsets without any issue, however in the last day, my phone cannot connect to the headset. In addition the phone identifies my headset as ISSC SHS, when attempting to connect it says my headset is out of range. Headset is fully charged, and the issue began prior to upgradeig the IOS.

How can i fix this.
