Q: Photos backup to pc

ipad no longer downloads photos to pc, it was working fine, til Oct 28, 2014 and just quit.  I have checked all settings and redownloaded/repaired Icloud to pc, but still not working.Please help!

iPad, iOS 7.1.2, PC windows 7
