Q: Photo Book Order on i photo '09

I have an older mac computer. I have iphoto version 8.1.2 (424). I have a completed iphoto book I want to order. It is not allowing me to order it. Is it because of my dated version of iphoto. My computer is mac osx vs. 10.6.8. Any suggestions on why I am not allowed to spend $50 on a photo book?

According to this list you should be able to order a book using iPhoto '09:

What is the exact error message you are getting?
