DVD is dead and Blu-Ray is on life support. Apple never looks back. Basic premise -move forward or go to windows.

But I gotta say, I used to make many dvd's each week for clients. Now the only dvd's I make are for the occasional festival entry that requires it. Otherwise, everyone else just wants a file available online. And I bought a blu-ray burner about 6 months ago (a jobs was paying for it - again for festival entries). I've made about 4 blu-rays total. Apple's looking at those kind of statistics...
