Q: Error 4013 restore and exit recovery mode

When i want to restore , it shows me error 4013. What does it mean? My IPHONE 4s does not turn on and stays on recovery mode.

iPad 2, iOS 5.1

Id one of these programs will not kick the iPod out of recovery ode then yo will have to restore via iTunes

If necessary:
Download QTMLClient.dll & iTunesMobileDevice.dll for RecBoot
and
RecBoot tip
