Apr 26, 2015 10:27 AM in response to awkgojby josekimber1,I have just spent about 2 hours on an online chat trying to resolve this one. Apple have confirmed after diagnostic tests that both phone and watch are working correctly. I have reset phone and watch, turned wifi and bluetooth on and off, paired and unpaired, etc. all to no avail. Apple don't have an answer.

Apr 26, 2015 12:43 PM in response to awkgojby golazzo,Fear not everyone. This is happening in general. I've been fortunate to have spent around 60 hours tinkering with mine and finding various faults. Apple have been calling me regular over the last 24 hours and I've found solutions to certain problems and passed them onto Apple. I have also taken part in a Apple discussion which has been passed onto the tech guys.
HOpefully the teething problems will be resolved very shortly. After all it is a new product and there will always be hiccups.

The check for software update worked on Friday and stopped by noon Saturday......

Apr 26, 2015 7:32 PM in response to Traciebethby awkgoj,I confirmed with Apple Store employees this afternoon that there is no fix available and to "stay on the lookout" for updates. Hopefully we will see something soon.

Apr 26, 2015 9:08 PM in response to awkgojby kali4nia85,Yes. Same here. I checked that yesterday and thought my wifi was just being freaky like it has been the last few days. Glad to see it's not my wireless connection but is actually a watch/phone software issue.

Apr 27, 2015 2:22 AM in response to kali4nia85by dynamitekid1877,iPhone 5s 8.3 sport 42mm 1.0 same with me too. apple support confirmed there is no problem but it may be because there is a software update on the way.
Although when i first got my watch and paired it to iPhone i checked for a software update and it came up with your software is up to date and only started doing what we are all suffering with since Sunday.
