Q: iPhone 6 Plus (not immensely, but still) heating up when charging?
I'm recharging a 6 Plus for the first time and I'm noticing it gets pretty warm on the back, not burning up, but warmer than my old 4S.
Is it because the 4S was actual "glass" while this is more of a metallic material? Maybe the glass kept it cooler? Makes sense?

Howdy applewarm,
It sounds like you’re concerned about the temperature of your iPhone 6 Plus when it's charging. The article below provides a lot of great information about temperature management for iOS devices, including what is expected when charging the device.
Keeping iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch within acceptable operating temperatures - Apple Support
When using the device or charging the battery, it is normal for it to get warm. The exterior of the device functions as a cooling surface that transfers heat from inside the device to the cooler air outside.
