    Hello Righten,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

It sounds to me like you would like to know what resolutions are supposed on a second display attached to your Retina, 13-inch MacBook Pro. For information what resolutions are supported, please refer to the Graphics and Video Support section in the attached link.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013) - Technical Specifications

    Graphics and Video Support

    • Intel Iris Graphics
    • Dual display and video mirroring: Simultaneously supports full native resolution on the built-in display and up to 2560 by 1600 pixels on up to two external displays, both at millions of colors

    Have a great day,

    Joe
