Q: I can not get into my Safari with a pop up to http:/www.alivedesigning.com with a phone number to call for help. How can I remove this?

I can't get safari to work, just a pop up with  http:www.alivedesigning.com and a phone number to call to to remove a possible virus or adware. I am sure it is a scam. I have tried to scan for adware and I am not shown that there is any. What else can I do?
