Q: Macbook Pro arrow trembles when single finger on touch pad

Product name: MacBook Pro 13 inch 2014 mid

OS: Yosemite 10.10.3

The arrow shakes horizontally when I put single finger on the touch pad. Sometimes it went back to normal, but it may happen anytime and doesn't matter with which software I am running. Only several specific position has this situation.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

Here is tha Apple support article regarding erratic trackpad behavior:

I would also suggest a VERY thorough cleaning of the trackpad. That often restores functionality.

Thanks a lot. I tried cleaning it up, but I will do it again to see if it helps. Since that it does not happen all the time, it is difficult for me to reproduce the same situation. Thanks again.

Intermittent problems are the most difficult to diagnose. There is always the option of an Apple store genius bar appointment where the evaluations are FREE.
