Q: How to sync only new photos?

I have a folder on my computer which syncs with my iPhone, but each time I add a new photo to the folder, I have to sync the whole thing again. It takes a long time cause I have 1000+ photos...

If it isn't possible, could anyone recommend a better way to sync large amount of photos between my iPhone and computer?

Any help will be appreciated, thanks!

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2

You can't indiviually select photos to sync. I suggest you to create a new folder, then put photos that you want sync in it. After that, select that new folder and de-select the older folder at iTunes then sync your iPhone
