Remove anything connected with the macpaw name.    Clean my Mac is a problem; you don't need any form of service of that nature for your Mac.   Nor do you need adguard.

When you have done this, run etre-check again.

    Hi,

1: You should remove CleanMyMac. Follow John Galt's advice in this thread. How do I remove Clean My Mac from my computer?

2: The Etrecheck report shows a problem with your hard disk. Start up in Recovery mode by holding down the Command and R keys together. Choose Disk Utility then click continue. Verify the hard disk and your startup disk and repair if necessary.

I did suggest earlier that after removing Macpaw and Clean my Mac and Adguard, you should run etre-check again.   Please publish the new results.

Have you not checked this second report?   You have not removed Clean My Mac, Macpaw and you now have Bitdefender showing up.   You have to be very careful if you use the developer's own removal tools when dealing with programs like this.

This is one recommended method from previous threads.

I have done that ... still facing same issue.. I am done with Hard disk recovering thing

How to fix my hard drive ?? Disk utility is showing nthing to me

Done what? What were the results of Verify Disk for hard disk and startup disk?

Did you try what John Galt recommended. I doubt if you had time for that. If you did, you would have a clean drive, without CleanMyMac and all the other junk.

Besides, it appears as if your disk is failing. I suggest you contact Apple Support or make a Genius appointment.

What is it that tells you the disc may be failing?   It's not impossible but it is a 2012 machine.

The links I have shown in my 10.07am post need to be followed before going into the Genius bar.   They will want to know that you have explored all reasonable avenues.

Well, all those  disk1 I/O errors in the Kernel log report the OP posted in the second post. Plus the OP did ask for any other advice.

The startup drive is failing, or there is some other internal hardware fault. Everything else is completely irrelevant.

Back up all data on the drive immediately if you don't already have a current backup. There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional—ask if you need guidance.

Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider.

If privacy is a concern, erase the data partition(s) with the option to write zeros* (do this only if you have at least two complete, independent backups, and you know how to restore to an empty drive from any of them.) Don’t erase the recovery partition, if present.

Keeping your confidential data secure during hardware repair

Apple also recommends that you deauthorize a device in the iTunes Store before having it serviced.

*An SSD doesn't need to be zeroed.

Your hard drive is failing. On a modern hard drive, the drive is unlikely to become corrupt unless it is physically failing. Thus, your hard drive will likely need replacing.

You can try repairing it or erasing it and restoring from backups if you like, but if the drive is failing, it could go at any time, taking your data with it. If you continue using this drive, backups will become even more important than usual, and you'll probably want at least secondary backups as well (ie, a second physical set of backups, preferably made with a different piece of software from the first).
