Apple does not maintain a database of stolen iPhones, nor will Apple help
you locate your iPhone. If your iPhone is turned off, it will not issue a signal
that can be tracked by Find My iPhone. You did have Find My iPhone turned on,
didn't you? And used a passcode to lock the iPhone?
