May 9, 2015 11:53 AM in response to MilviVby retexan599,I use two apps on my iPad 4 with iOS 8.3 to view IPTC and EXIF metadata. The first is called Photogene. I think Photogene is $2.99, with in-app purchases for extra functions.
And the other is called Photo Investigator. I think this one is free, with in-app purchases for added functions or advertisement removal. I believe Investigator will allow you to make changes to IPTC data if you buy an upgrade.
The Photos App on my iPad now has a direct link to the ‘Photo Investigator’ app. You touch the share button (box with upward pointing arrow) which gives an icon for ‘Investigate’, then tap that icon, then see ‘View Advanced Metadata’, then tap IPTC and view all the available IPTC fields. This option in iPad Photos becaome available when I downloaded the Photo Investigator app.
Hope this helps.
