Q: Receive "My Photo Stream Limit Reached" repeatedly
With the new Photos app and quite a bit of extra space purchased for online storage, I've found my Photos app has completely stopped uploading. Admittedly, it's been chugging through a rather large library (nearly 150K photos), but it's been stuck at 20,009 photos for weeks. It neither uploads old ones nor downloads new ones.
Once a day, I receive a notification that says "My Photo Stream Limit Reached" and says it will start again the next day (24 hours and 1 minute later). At the appointed time, I simply get the same notification again. I know there's a limit, but I've been waiting long enough. Certainly this should start again at the appointed time!
Note that this problem has not been affecting my iPhone, linked to the same account. New photos from the device upload just fine ... but they never appear on my computer's Photos app.
