Q: Photos taken on my iPhone 5c are not appearing on my Windows laptop anymore - help!

I have an iPhone 5c and, up until a couple of months ago, photos taken on my phone were appearing on my Windows 7 laptop. Now they're not! My iCloud application on the laptop is up to date, and My Photo Stream is activated on both my phone and laptop. Does anyone have any steps to get to the bottom of this? Many thanks in advance.
