May 12, 2015 3:08 PM in response to Roger Wilmut1by baseballboyg,You should be able to use www.icloud.com . By phone ID, I'm not sure what you mean, but that should work. Also, if you still do not have it, use FindMyiPhone on icloud.com to lock your phone. This will only work if you had it enabled on your phone.

May 12, 2015 3:13 PM in response to baseballboygby Roger Wilmut1,He said, 'The thief changed the phone ID and I can't get in my account'. I would interpret that as meaning that the thief has changed the account ID and/or the password so that he can't get into icloud.com (since he couldn't get into the account on the phone as he doesn't have it). Of course if the thief has simply logged out of the account it wouldn't affect the online account or other devices.
