Q: Family sharing tunes not syncing to computer

My wife purchased an album today through iTunes on her iPhone.  I copied them through Family Sharing to my iPhone.  Now I'd like to sync them to my MacBook so I can file them according to my filing system, and access them when I play tunes from my MacBook, but they won't sync to the computer?  Anyone know why, or how to get them to sync?

    Hello there, John.

It sounds like you're trying to get content purchased by your wife who is under your Family Sharing account into your Mac's iTunes Library. The following Knowledge Base article offers up steps on how to do just that:

Sharing purchased content with Family Sharing - Apple Support

    Mac with OS X Yosemite

    1. Open the iTunes, iBooks, or Mac App Store and go to the Purchased page.
    2. Select a family member's name to view their content.
    3. Download or play the items that you want.

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.

    Cheers,

    Pedro.
