May 13, 2015 2:20 PM in response to helpmeprintby Jason L,Hey there,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
From what I gather, there’s an issue printing to a network printer with your MacBook Pro. The printer model that you mentioned isn’t listed as a supported device in the article below, so you may want to check the ‘Company website’ and ‘Software available’ links in the article to see if the vendor has compatible software available for download.

May 13, 2015 5:10 PM in response to Jason Lby helpmeprint,Hi Jason,
Thanks for your response!
I checked out that link you sent me and I did find the MP C3500 listed under the software available link. So I went to the company website and found the drivers available for my printer here: http://www.ricoh-usa.com/downloads/downloads.aspx
I attempted to download the two drivers that were listed under the 3500 and found the appropriate PPD download version for Yosemite for the first driver. The second one didn't have a version for Yosemite, but I installed the most recent OS X version that was listed.
After those were installed I tried printing again and the same thing happened.

May 14, 2015 12:14 PM in response to helpmeprintby helpmeprint,My warranty has expired, so I'd have to pay $35 to get technical support from Apple. Does anybody else think they have a solution to this problem?
