Q: My modem is working but when I try to run it through my ariport extreme, no connection is made.

I have a MacBook Pro.  The internet connection works fine when plugged in directly to my mac.  I can not get a connection when I plug into my Airport Extreme 802.11n.

What should I try?

Give detail directions if I need to do a soft or hard reset.  I've tried to do both without luck.
