Q: Macbook with one dead pixel and a 2x2 bright spot

So my macbook is still under its one year warranty I believe and I've had a black dead pixel in the upper left quadrant for a while that hasn't really bothered me anymore, but now almost smack dab in the middle is a bright spot that is only visible on light colors. Its extremely visible on white and it does not appear to be a dead or stuck pixel. I was wondering if anyone knows if i can take it in and get it fixed or replaced assuming I'm still under my one year warranty?
