Q: Change voice control language

Hello,

I've been looking all over the settings for this.

I decided not to use siri because it's not in my native language and it just doesn't work for me. Insted, I would like to use Voice Control. But when I disable Siri, Voice Control is only in English. There is no setting to change it. Any ideas how to switch it to a different language?
