I don't have an US card, how can i buy iCloud Storage?

I have iTunes Credit, i live outside US.

There's no way to pay this without a US bank account credit card?

I DO have a credit card of my country, but it says that i need a valid US CREDIT CARD to buy iCloud Storage when i try, i don't see the way i can change the country. I'm i wrong Neil?
