Q: App Store doesn't work: only white screen in Highlights, Toprated and Search Section

hi there,

 

since some days I have the above mentioned problem. The updates section is still working, although the symbol shows that there is one pending update while there is no app in the list that could be updated. So far I tried to sign out from the App Store, reset network settings, restart the iPhone and a soft reset. Does anybody have any other ideas?

    I'm sorry to hear you are having these issue with the App Store on your iPhone. I also apologize, I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you are seeing when you go to the App Store, and when you are seeing it (is it persistent or intermittent?).     Hi Breden,

    Thanks for reply. I went through the article that you recommended and tried out everything that made sense to me (e.g. The rime settings check) But nothing helped.

    This is what I see wen I open the App Store app:

    It simply appears a white screen when I select Highlights, Topcharts, and so on. only the updates section is active and updates are being performed. I don't get any error message though. directly after opening the App Store app I see the symbol right to th wifi / LTE sign showing that some app is loading something from the Internet for some seconds. But the it stops. The screen is white all the time. The error is persistent since several days.

    as a last idea I resetted the settings of my iPhone today.

     

    I Hope that you have any other ideas.
