May 17, 2015 6:21 AM in response to Global_Virusby Michael Black,No. The only things that can be accessed from the lock screen without unlocking the device are those built directly into iOS itself, or that iOS allows to show (like custom screen backgrounds). No third party app can be programmed to do that on its own.
Some apps are now coming out where you can use your fingerprint to sign in to accounts though - e.g. a couple of financial apps I have now cache your password encrypted by your fingerprint, so the fingerprint is all you need to log in to your remote account once you've launched the app. But those were just recent updates to those apps, and you still have to first launch the app as always (they are simply now using the fingerprint feature to allow you to login without manually typing a password).
