Q: Carrier settings update problem
On my daughters iPhone 5c she gets the message carrier settings update. When clicking update nothing happens and the message disappears only to reappear seconds later. Can anyone help resolve this?

So carrier settings are just files on your phone that help programs made by apple communicate better with your carrier that you use. Please check out the link below. If this does not solve your problem you may need to call your carrier or stop in a store.
