AAre you talking about a Windows machine? If not Compressor will do it with some Intel or nVidia graphics.

I have a Nvidia Tegra K1 development board, where I want to encode 4K video in ProRes format. Are there any certified ProRes Encode for this processor?

Try the Adobe forum and see if Adobe Media Encoder will do it.
