I would like to make a suggestion for emojis..where can i write to?

e-mail, address, telephone, who can i reach?

Do i make a sketch?

Do i send a list?

ex: maple leaf, motorcycle...

Contact the unicode consortium and submit a proposal.

FYI: Motorcycle is part of the new 7.0 standard

Maple Leaf is already there.

No, there is no way for users to modify iOS in that way. What is it that you think is missing? iOS 8.3 may already have it.
