May 18, 2015 8:38 PM in response to macerateby Michael Sanford1,Greg has the answers in his box, but in general, printer issues in Apple have been a thing of the past since most printers work with generic drivers. Make sure your wireless printer preferences is set up correctly with the Mac and its on the same network, and make sure the Mac is on the same printing network and not your wireless modem network when you're printing! Look at your Network Preferences (Wifi) in your tool bar and see if you "see" your printer and then check it. Read the literature that came with the printer and make sure the settings are correct. If you continue to have issues at home, consider connecting the printer directly to the USB port in the back of the wireless router. That is always a good work around. I don't know if you can do that at work or not.
