Your Mac has been compromised, erase it and restore data only from a backup that is earlier than when you gave the criminals access to your Mac. You should also change all passwords/logins for all credit cards, online accounts and government info (social security number etc)
You should do this now.

May 19, 2015 1:16 PM in response to Faselehby Nick Nand,You should uninstall all Malware Application from from your Mac Like Zip Cloud, Mackeper, Trovi through the adware medic application and try to openthe Mac in safe mode to uninstall the Application and troubleshoot the problems,
