Q: Ask to buy is enabled inside IOS, but not working for my spawn.

We have family share enabled as well as the ask to buy function. When one of my spawn trys to make a purchase, I as the master account holder do not receive a notice of the request to buy from my spawn. I have logged out and back in from all devices, still not working. All programs associated with this function are updated.

iPad, iOS 8.3

Mrs. Pnut,

Are any of those spawn of yours 18 or over? Ask To Buy does not work if they are.

Other than that, have you tried the procedure in this document? => Request and make purchases with Ask to Buy - Apple Support

ed2345-my spawn are 10 and 12. Ask to buy worked perfectly prior to the last update. Waiting for the gurus at Apple to respond to my email. Thank you for trying.
