I did my first workout using my apple watch. I did a run workout using the workout app. It was outside.
Now, I want to take that workout file and upload it to training peaks where I keep all my training. I can find anyway to do this. I can't even see the details of the file (e.g. lap data, pace, hr etc over time...). I don't see anything that you get from a real workout application -- all I see is some summary information.
Is that it? Do you not get any more info. It is not very useful in its current form thats for sure.
