Q: Unpaired Watch after 1.01 update, now I cannot RE-pair it using animation or manual pairing.  No 6-digit code is being generated!

My wife's Watch appeared to stop tracking her workouts in the Activity monitor after 1.01 upgrade.  So she unpaired it, and attempted to repair it with her phone running IOS 8.3.  Animation pairing wouldn't work, so she went to manual, selected her Watch in the app, but the required 6-digit code was not generated on the Watch to input into her phone.  Right now she appears to be stuck with an unpaired Watch.  We've already attempted a few power restarts...no luck.
